Gerry is the Head of Music here at 4fm, with almost thirty years of experience in the radio industry. He started out in the business in 1982 with a stint on a number of small pirate stations in Dublin before joining Radio Nova and then Q102. He then presented the Billboard Hot 100 show on 2FM and in 1989 joined Capital Radio, the first independent station in the country, now FM104. He later spent 11 years with Dublin's 98FM and two years with LMFM in the North East.
Gerry has a real passion for music and considers it a joy not a job! When he's not on the air he is racing motorcycles and believe it or not Gerry has a ROSPA Gold Medal, whatever that is!
